Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on December 7, 1973 in the home of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. Chris Oyakhilome After his secondary and primary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained an BSc in Architecture.

AAU has also conferred on him with an honourary Doctor of Science. Oyakhilome He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry

While still studying at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome got involved in ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as the Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship.

YFC was growing, and eventually became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer's LoveWorld is a worldwide organization with millions upon millions associates around the world, is now called Believers LoveWorld.

Through the"Atmosphere of Miracles" series, BLW became Africa's most well-known Christian ministry through television. The show was cancelled in May 2004 by the president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who declared that the churches would stop broadcasting miracles on TV.

The ministry of Pastor Chris is split into four areas that include publishing ministry, healing ministry, television ministry, teaching ministry and television ministry. He developed the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been set up to research and expand the potential for leadership of Africans. The foundation celebrates, recognizes and supports young Africans who are exemplary leaders through positively impacting the lives of their generation. This is accomplished through education, youth empowerment and mentoring.

This award ceremony that began five years ago holds on the Eve of each new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. The award is presented to the winners by the President of BLW the Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is an religiously-based not-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was birthed in 2005 to help the poor, needy children who are orphaned, vulnerable and who are homeless all over the world..

The foundation helps these destitute children and communities through sustainable and inclusive interventions, which include child development programmes as well as childcare programs Family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School, etc.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to enhance quality of life and health for local communities.
