Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on the 7th of December 7 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household of faith, surrounded by his loving and dedicated parents. The LoveWorld ministry is a family effort. Reverend Ken is Ken's older brother and is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon, who is also known by CSO is a CSO member who has decided to follow the example of her father by sharing the gospel of God the world. She is a talented, award-winning gospel singer and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome received his education in Edo College. Oyakhilome He then received a scholarship to study architecture in Bendel State University. He has an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. While attending Ambrose Ali University, he was prompted by God to join the ministry and be a servant to the Lord.
